We just completed a spruce log home built for the Brown’s. It features huge spuce logs with Alaskan corners and an absolutely amazing design!
We made the log butts (the big base end of the logs) about two foot six from the side. And the log tips (the smaller, top of the log) about one foot six inches from the side. And by doing so, highlighting the corners on this Colorado log house with the bigger butt ends!
